Two sets of terms

This page covers using this website and applying for a call. If you go on to book the workshop, your booking is covered by the Camera Confidence & Content Workshop terms of engagement, which set out inclusions, fees, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds. You accept those separately, at the point of booking or payment.

Who we are

This site is run by Vadima Pty Ltd (ABN 91 654 458 321) trading as Talk To Sev ("we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an application you agree to these terms.

Applying and booking a call

• Submitting an application or booking a call is free and does not commit you to buying anything. It also does not guarantee you a place: Sev takes a limited number of workshop clients each month and we may decline an application.
• Please give us accurate information. We use your answers to work out whether the workshop fits your business.
• If you can't make your call, use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email so the time can go to someone else.
• By applying you agree that we may contact you by email, SMS or phone about your application and your call. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

What we do not promise

We teach a skill and a process. We do not promise any particular number of followers, enquiries, leads or sales, as those outcomes depend on your market, your offer and the extent to which you apply what you learn.

Any figures on this site, whether our own or those of clients, and any client videos, messages and reviews, are examples of results that have been achieved. They are not a forecast or representation of results you will achieve. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice.

Our content

The text, videos, images, design and materials on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you must not copy, republish or sell its content, or present it as your own, without our written consent. Client names, businesses and likenesses appear with their consent.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, including by submitting false or automated applications, interfering with its operation or security, or using it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, including a booking calendar, YouTube video and Meta's advertising tools, and links to other sites such as Instagram. We are not responsible for services and sites we do not control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Subject to that, the site is provided as is, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or business interruption, arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
